This happened a few minutes after I had some failed attempts from github, and I never closed the game. I do not know what happened. Running tModLoader using the system mono fixes this problem for me.
The tModLoader-mono helped me as well. That should be in documentation somewhere. This occurred on Arch and on MacOS for me.
Issue persists in the Linux Server 0. Thanks, this worked for me too Ubuntu I did not know what "Launch Options" were though - for others who have this problem, these are found in the settings for the game on Steam. I'm seeing this issue as well. Launching tModLoader from console gives me an output which points to a certificate error.

OK, one more time. You subscribe to the mod 2. You hit play in your library for Skyrim and the launch menu appears. Now wait for the mod to download, it may take a few minutes. You will now have quick access to this hidden folder so you can get to it the easy way.
Open your favourite webbrowser and go to the Steam workshop page. You don't need to be logged in to view the workshop. Once you've downloaded the file, you will need to do some tricks to unpack it. First of all, WinRAR is required. Other zip programs will NOT be able to unpack.
Don't waste your time with trying 7zip or the windows built-in zip manager, they will NOT work. Next, rightclick the mod you downloaded and click Properties. Sometimes it will download as a. I fixed this by pressing the "get mods" button which opens the steam workshop in-game. I then viewed my subscribed mods, unsubscribed and re-subbed to 1 mod and when I went back into CiV all the mods had re-appeared. Moonbars , Jul 28,
